Membership
Membership into MACUDA America is open to:
- All Mankon people residing in America
- Any person associated to Mankon by virtue of marriage
- Any person by virtue of birth in Mankon
- Any person whose parents are from Mankon or were born in Mankon.
- Any one who has lived in Mankon and adopts the objectives of MACUDA-A.
- Friends of Mankon who share the aims and objectives of MACUDA and have elected to be part of the association.
Membership is open to all persons aged 18 or older. People below 18 years of age may be co-opted to become members by their parents, relatives, guardians or friends who are members of MACUDA-A.
The payment of a one time membership registration fee and an annual membership fee is required for adults 18 and older. This fee, will be determined by the General Assembly.
The official registration period is between January 01 to May 31 of every year.
New Members are still welcome to join after the official registration period provided they comply with the registration requirement.
Chapter executives shall be responsible for collecting the national dues of their members. Each Chapter shall have discretion over its levies but shall forward the appropriate amount to the National Treasurer. The address is:

TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
A full member shall cease to be an active member by resignation, upon failure to pay/upkeep their membership dues or upon expulsion. Without prejudice to any legal or other penalties, which may otherwise be applicable, members of MACUDA-A shall be liable to the following disciplinary measures:
a) Warning
b) Fine
c) Suspension from active membership
d) Expulsion from membership
Where NEC has reason to believe that a member is guilty of conduct prejudicial to the interest of MACUDA-N not of a serious nature, a WARNING shall be issued in writing through the Secretary General to the accused, clearly indicating the conduct of which the committee believes the member to be guilty. A person whom a warning is issued shall be entitled to a reply, which he/she shall communicate in writing through the Secretary to NEC. The Secretary General shall keep a record of all warnings and replies thereto.
